Registers members to exchange Chat mails.

When registering an i-mode mail address as Chat member, register the whole address including 
"@docomo.ne.jp". An address in the form of "phone [email protected]" should be registered only 
by the phone number.

Up to 5 chat members can be registered.

･

A registered address cannot be registered as another entry.
