When the specified time comes

Alarm starts to sound at the specified time according to the setting.

Press any key to stop Alarm sounding. Without any operation, Alarm stops approximately 1 minutes
later. In this case, New notify icon is displayed on Stand-by display. Press

to confirm Alarm detail.

Under Snooze mode setting, Alarm sounds repeatedly at preset intervals. Hold down

second to release Snooze. Hold down

for over a second to release Snooze when FOMA terminal is
folded. Snooze function is released after repeating 6 times.

If other function, such as calls, is executed at a specified time, Alarm acts as follows:

Periodic notify is started with each alarm released, if the time to activate Periodic notify comes while
Alarm/Schedule alarm/ToDo alarm is ringing.

If ToDo alarms are set to the same expiration date and time, ToDo alarm saved at the last rings.

If Start dates of Schedule alarms are set to start at the same date and time, the Alarm with the earliest
ending date rings, and if the ending dates are also the same, Schedule alarm saved at the last rings.
Information
Situation Alarm action
During calls, and receiving/sending mails Alarm starts after ending calls or receiving/sending mails.
When the power is off Alarm does not start when alarm start setting is "OFF". The
notify icon is displayed on Stand-by display when the
power is turned on.
While shooting still/movie images,
connecting to i-mode, starting i-
g
ppli,
playing VoiceMemo-STBY/VoiceMemo-Call/
Record message,
recording VoiceMemo-STBY/Answer message,
and editing texts such as Text memo
Alarm starts to ring. Under Snooze mode, display returns
to each operation after releasing Snooze.
Under Close lock Alarm starts to ring.
While GPS positioning Alarm starts to ring at the end of positioning.
Under PIM lock (Alarm), All lock, Software
update, and while Burglar alarm ringing
Alarm is not activated. The notify icon is displayed after
lock is released, Software is updated, and Burglar alarm is
stopped.

Alarm stops if E-mail/voice-call is received while alarm ringing. However, by setting Receive preference of E-
mail to "Prefer user operation", Alarm keeps ringing and the icon is displayed to indicate receiving E-mail.
