Das Bohren einer Öffnung in der Mauer
Für die Radiatoren M5000 und M7000 müssen Sie ‘eine
Aussenwand mit Gitter’ montieren (Siehe Fig. 2).
Bohren Sie eine Öffnung mit einem minimalen
Durchmesser von 225 MM, von der die Mitte auf der Höhe
von H2 = 395 MM von der Bodenoberfläche ab, liegt.
Nota bene : Entfernen Sie, zur Vermeidung der
Brenngefahr, alles brennbare Material, das mit der
Aussenwand in Kontakt kommen kann.

Montage der Aussenwand
Siehe Figur 2 für ‘Aussenwand mit Gitter’.
Montieren Sie das Mauerteil mit Gitter A an der
Aussenseite der Mauer. Die Zwischenräume müssen Sie
gut mit Zementmörtel auffüllen. Schieben Sie Zimmerteil
B von innen aus über das Rohr von Teil A. Die
Zwischenräume wieder gut mit Mörtel auffüllen, so dass
die Wandplatte gut gegen die Zimmerwand anschliesst.
Dann die Länge der Ziehstangen D am Ende mit
Schraubengewinde an der Dicke der Mauer anpassen. Für
‘Aussenwand mit Gitter
’
gilt : die Länge der Ziehstange ist
die Dicke der Mauer plus 35 MM. Haken Sie nun das
gebogene Ende der Ziehstangen D über die Querstütze des
Aussenteils. Die Gewindenenden stecken Sie durch die
kleinen Öffnungen der Stützen. Nun bringen Sie die
Runden an und spannen Sie die Muttern leicht an.
Kontrollieren Sie, ob die Aussenwand auf der richtigen
Höhe montiert ist und ob die Wandplatten und der
Abschluss horizontal montiert sind. Dann die Muttern gut
festdrehen. Die Fugen zwischen den 2 Röhren mittels eines
hitzebeständigen Kohlenschütters abdichten.
Schliesslich das offene Abfuhrrohr C über das Mauerteil
schieben, bis der Anschlag über die Querstütze hakt (Fig.
3).
Drilling a hole in the wall
For the M5000 and M7000 radiators, you must install a “wall
vent with surface-mounted grill” (see fig. 2).
Drill a hole with a minimum diameter of 225mm, the centre
of which is at a height of H2 = 395 mm from the floor
surface.
N.B.: Remove all inflammable material that could come into
contact with the wall vent in order to prevent a possible fire
hazard.
Assembly of the wall vent
See fig. 2 for "wall vent with surface-mounted grill"
Insert the wall section with grill A into the wall from the
outside. The gaps must be filled up well with cement mortar.
From the inside, push room section B over the pipe of section
A. Once again, fill up the gaps thoroughly with cement
mortar so that the wall plate butts up tightly against the wall
of the room. Now adapt the length of the pull rods (D) to the
thickness of the wall by attaching screw threads to the ends.
For the “wall vent with surface-mounted grill”: the length of
the pull rod is the thickness of the wall plus 35 mm. Now
hook the curved ends of the pull rods (D) over the transverse
support of the outer section. Push the ends of the wire
through the holes of the supports. Now fit the pinions and
lightly fasten the nuts. Check whether the wall vent is
installed at the correct height, and whether the wall plates and
the cabinet are level. Now fasten the nuts tightly. Seal the
joins between the two pipes with the aid of a heat-resistant
kit.
Finally, push the loose outlet pipe (C) over the wall section
until the stop hooks over the transverse support (fig. 3).
