le piante non vengono
interrate o sono troppo
interrate
se le piante non vengono interrate ma lasciate in superficie o viceversa sono com -
pletamente interrate avete un problema con la fasatura dell’elemento trapiantante.
il primo passo da fare è verificare se tale problema sia dovuto ad un ritardo della
pianta o ad un suo anticipo di caduta. Per facilitare la visione di tale problema,
posizionarsi a lato dell’elemento e verificare se la pianta è colpita dal martelletto
espulsore in anticipo rispetto alla discesa nel vomere, in questo caso la pianta è
lenta nella caduta e prima di arrivare nel fondo del vomere viene lanciata fuori dal
martelletto espulsore. Per correggere tale errore, dovete anticipare la caduta
della pianta agendo come spiegato al capitolo “ANTiCipO e riTArDO DeLLA
FASATURA”.
se si verifica il caso opposto, ossia la pianta è troppo veloce e incontra il martelletto
nella sua fase di ritorno, la pianta stessa tenderà a scivolare sul martelletto e verrà
ugualmente depositata sopra il terreno oppure passerà sotto la paletta e verrà
completamente interrata. se questo fosse il vostro problema, la correzione dell’er -
rore viene fatta ritardando la caduta della pianta nel vomere (fare riferimento
sempre alcapitolo “ANTiCipO e riTArDO DeLLA fAsATUrA”).

Se il distributore dove inserite le piante si blocca o lavora male (non ha una rota-
zione completa, mentre ruota si sentono rumori anomali) avete un problema con
i cuscinetti dell’intermittore o con l’intermittore stesso. per la verifica o la sostitu -
zione dei pezzi, vedi capitolo “MANUTeNziONe iNTeMiTTOre e iNgrANAggi
COPPIA CONICA”

Se uno o più bicchieri del distributore tendono a bloccare le piante che vengono
inserite, verificare come prima cosa la pulizia dello stesso poi l’integrità dei cuscinetti,
della paletta e della molla del bicchiere che intasa il trapianto: per fare questo fare
riferimento al capitolo “MANUTeNziONe DisTriBUTOre piANTiNe” (se neces -
sario sostituire i pezzi danneggiati con pezzi originali Ferrari ).

If plants are not planted but left on surface or vice-versa are planted too deep, there
is a problem with the timing of the transplanting element.
The first step is to verify if such problem is due to a delay of the plant or to its
anticipation to fall. To facilitate the vision of this problem, position yourself at the
side of the element and verify if the plant is hit by the expeller hammer too early
compared to the descent of the plough. In this case the plant is slow in falling and
before arriving at the bottom of the plough it is left outside the expeller hammer. To
correct such error, you must
anticipate
the plant fall, proceeding as explained
in chapter “ANTiCipATiON AND DeLAY Of THe TiMiNg”.
If the opposite event occurs, i.e. the plant is too fast and meets the hammer during
its return phase, the plant will tend to slide on the hammer and be deposited equally
on the ground or it will pass under the shovel and be completely covered with the
ground. If this is your problem, it can be solved by
delaying
the plant fall inside the
plough (always refer to chapter “ANTiCipATiON AND DeLAY Of THe TiMiNg”).

cKed or runs in an anoMa-
lous Way
If the distributor where the plants are placed blocks or operates incorrectly (it does
not rotate completely, when it rotates, emits strange noises), there is a problem
with the bearings of the intermittent or directly with the intermittent. To verify or
replace the pieces, refer to chapter “MAiNTeNANCe Of THe iNTerMiTTeNT
AND BEVEL GEARS”

cKed inside tHe plant cup
If one or more plant cups of the distributor tend to block the plants that are placed
in it, verify the cleanness of it and then the integrity of the bearings, shovel and
spring of the container that clogs the transplanting: To do so, refer to the chapter
“seeDLiNg DisTriBUTOr MAiNTeNANCe” (if required replace the damaged
pieces with Ferrari original spare parts).
