The dome light activates automatically in the following conditions:
- when a door is opened, for approx. 3 minutes
- when all the doors are closed and the key is in position

- when the doors are unlocked, for approx. 10 seconds
- when the inertia switch is activated, for approx. 15 minutes.
The dome light deactivates automatically in the following conditions:
- after the preset activation time expires
- when the doors are closed and the key is in position
