3 Transportation, packaging and storage

3.1 Transportation inspection

To ensure adequate protection during shipping, the products have been
carefully packaged.
On receipt, immediately check the delivery as regards completeness
and transportation damage.

Proceed as follows in the event of externally recognisable
transportation damage:



Do not accept the delivery or only accept it conditionally.



Note the extent of the damage on the transportation documents or on

the freight forwarder's delivery note.



Institute a complaint.



Do not commission products which are obviously damaged.

Complain about each defect as soon as it is discovered. Claims for
damages can only be asserted within the valid complaint periods.
