The
Reagents
tab shows which reagents must be loaded. In the left part of the
window there is a graphic display of the rack for the secondary reagents and its
position for the impending test run. The reagents used are shown in different
colours and are assigned to a position in the rack. The legend to the right
describes the assignment of the colours to the tests.
Ensure that there is enough liquid in the bottles.

The
Time Schedule
tab shows the detailed temporal progression of the
worklist. Here you can learn the status (“Running" or “Done”) and the
scheduling of the individual processing steps of the different tests.
The times displayed were determined theoretically and are compared with real
times during processing and are recalculated if necessary at the end of a step.
You can find detailed information on the management and
arrangement of samples, reagents and plates by pressing on the
“Info” button on the top button bar.
The displayed information depends on the previously selected tab. If, for
example, you select the
Sample & Predilution
tab, you will obtain information
on the sample test assignment and the dilution positions of the individual
samples in the dilution plate in a newly opened window.
