7.4.1 Loading the Sprinter XL for immunofluorescence
Proceed as follows:
Was daily maintenance performed? If not, follow the steps described in
chapter 7.2.
Check the containers for system liquid and liquid waste. Fill them as necessary
or empty them and ensure the tubes fit tightly.
Place the appropriate wash buffer tube into the filled wash buffer container.
Start the worklist created according to chapter 7.3 by clicking on
the
Run
button.
The instrument works with two different dilution areas. The initial dilutions are
performed in 1.2 ml dilution tubes and all other dilutions in a
330 µl microplate (serial dilution plate).
The instrument has an optional memory function for both dilution plates.
