Creating a worklist
A worklist can be manually created by the user or automatically sent and
imported via a LIMS to the Sprinter XL. Before a new worklist can be created,
the existing worklist must be deleted.
Delete the existing worklist via the
Clear list
button.
7.3.1 Manual creation of a worklist with non-barcoded samples
If no barcodes are available on the test tubes, input of the samples can be
manual. A previously created worklist can also be expanded through the
manual entry of samples.
In order to add samples, please enter the desired number in the
field and click on the plus sign.
The added samples are created in a table. The left column
Tube
shows in
which sample rack position the Sprinter XL anticipates the sample. The
Barcode
column is filled in with an automatically generated name (IDM0n)
analogous to the number of samples. It is possible to manually edit the
individual fields. To do this click on the corresponding field and enter the
desired ID.
In the
Name
column you can enter additional information such as the patient
name. Edited fields are displayed in red.
