remedies

10.1

Error message: No Liquid found

If the filling level of a sample or a reagent is not detected when the liquid is
drawn up by the needle, the following error message appears with different
fault remedy possibilities:

Click on

Retry

to repeat the process.

Select the

Ignore

option to switch off the liquid level detection

sensor. The needle moves until just over the tube bottom and
starts aspirating without checking whether it is in liquid.

Click on

Abort

to cancel the worklist.

10.2

Error message: Movement of (33) blocked

If a pipetting needle meets resistance during the test run, the following
message appears:

It is not possible to continue the test run. The test run must be cancelled and
restarted.
