7 Operating instructions

7.2.3 Rinsing the washer head

Place all 4 supplied wash buffer tubes into a vessel with distilled or deionised
water. You can flush in the liquid using the service menu.

To reach the service menu, press the

Service

button. The service

menu will offer you a list with different service points of the Sprinter
XL.

Select the

Maintenance – Washer Prime Procedure

under

Service

Operations

and press

Start

. In the

Description

field, you will get

instructions which you must follow to service the system.

To start the service job, press the

Continue

button.

Lift the washer head slightly and repeatedly during the process to ensure that
all channels are dispensing. If a channel is clogged, clean the channel with a
cleaning needle and repeat the process.
