while selecting a job for which "???" is displayed, the
Unit

screen opens with the items that need to be set already selected.
If more than 10 jobs are sent to the printer while the computer is turned off, this software
cannot acquire job information. From the job information that the software could not
acquire, only ink consumption is reported in the list with the job name
Lost Job

being used, you may not be able to acquire ink consumption information, in which case

If a job without a set media unit price or ink unit price is displayed in the list view, "???" is
also displayed in the summary.
