Align the film with the tips of the triangles on the
top and bottom of the left side of the dryer.

Attach the weight to the leading edge of the film
at the back of the printer, letting it hang in the
position shown in the following illustration.

After the film stops swinging, read the value on
the scale at the position on the platen shown in
the illustration, and record that value.

Lift the film at the front and back of the printer
and move it so that it aligns with the tips of the
triangles on the right side.
P
After the film stops swinging, read the value on
the scale at the position on the platen shown in
the illustration, and record that value.
If the difference between the values of both sides
is more than 0.5 mm (0.01 in.), proceed to the
adjustments in the next section.
If the difference is under 0.5 mm (0.01 in.), no
adjustments are necessary. Refer to the following
to remove the film.
