Maintenance work

9.1.1

Precaution prior to maintenance

• Exercise caution when working with flammable liquid tanks. Allow flammable

liquids plenty of time to diffuse before pumping or transferring to the tank (refer to

the table below).

• Wear antistatic clothing, gloves and safety shoes when handling flammable liquid

tanks.

• Work must be conducted in the presence of a safety supervisor.
