10.3.2 Generating the program
Path:Menu/Setup/Program
Function Info
Program Selection list of programs consisting of program steps. The program steps can
be edited in this menu.
Program name Enter or change the program name
Program step You can use this menu to edit the Program step list in a program
Inserting:
1. In the table, select the position where you wish to insert the Program
step .
2. In the top menu bar, select the Program step you wish to insert. You
can also enter the duration here.
3. Go to Insert and use Top or Down to select the position where the
Program step should be inserted.
Replacing:
1. In the table, select the step you wish to replace.
2. In the top menu bar, select the Program step you wish to insert. You
can also enter the duration here.
3. Go to Insert and select Replace .

The Replace command is only used for step positions that are already
assigned. Positions that are not assigned must be edited using the
Insert/Below function.
Deleting:
1. In the table, select the Program step to be deleted.
2. Go to Insert and select Delete .
Next takes you to the program setting:
Path: Menu / Setup / Settings
Next takes you to the program type: is used for the evaluation of the system
• Sterilization
• Cleaning
• Calibration
• Regeneration
System time Set the date and time.
Under Menu / Program step the user can view the contents of the Program step .
10.3.3 Program steps
The device includes preconfigured programs.
ID Name Function
1 Pump 1 Controls pump 1 only, cleaner
2 Pump 2 Controls pump 2 only, buffer 1
3 Pump 3 Controls pump 3 only, buffer 2
4 Air Opens purge air
5 Abort+Service Closes air, cleaner and buffer valves except water
Moves assembly to service position.
6 End Stops all processes
7 Measure position Moves assembly to measure position
8 Service position Moves assembly to service position
