Measured value display and diagnostic message in alarm condition
Faults detected by the self-monitoring system of the measuring device are displayed as a
diagnostic message in alternation with the unit.

A device error has occurred. The measured value is no longer valid.

"Function check (C)" option
The device is in the service mode (e.g. during a simulation).

The device is being operated:
• Outside its technical specifications (e.g. during warmup or cleaning process)
• Outside the configuration carried out by the user (e.g. level outside configured span)

"Maintenance required (M)" option
Maintenance required. The measured value is still valid.
