• Remove all signs of fluids. Pay special attention to the seals and crevices which could contain
residues. This is particularly important if the substance is hazardous to health, e.g. flammable,
toxic, caustic, carcinogenic, etc.

Caution!
• Do not return any device if you cannot be entirely sure that you have completely removed all
traces of hazardous substances, e.g. any media which have penetrated crevices or diffused
through plastic.
• Costs incurred for waste disposal and injury (burns, etc.) due to inadequate cleaning will be
charged to the owner-operator.
For a return, e.g. in case of repair, the device must be sent in protective packaging. The original
packaging offers the best protection for this. Repairs must only be carried out by Hauser's
service organisation. An overview of the service network can be found on the back page of these
Operating Instructions.

Please enclose a note describing the fault and the application when sending the assembly in for
repair.
