The Isomist is particularly suited for organic analyses. It increases the temperature sta-
bility of the samples. It also reduces the amount of solvent vapor generated in the spray
chamber by cooling the samples.
The spray chamber temperature is controlled using the Isomist software, which is en-
closed with the accessory. The data transmission between the Isomist and PC is carried
out via USB cable or radio technology (bluetooth).

nance please see the enclosed accessory manual.
1.
Place the Isomist in the sampling compartment.
2.
Connect the waste hose (3) to the connector on the bottom of the Isomist.

Attach the sample hose (4) and the carrier gas hose (7) to the nebulizer (5).

Mount the pump hoses for sample and waste between two stoppers in the tube
pump. Note the pump direction (see arrows).
Immerse the sample hose into the sample or connect it with the sampler.
Immerse the waste hose into the waste container.
5.
Connect the Isomist with the PC via a USB cable (USB connection, 2). Alternatively,
connect the USB bluetooth adapter with the PC.
6.
Mount the transfer tube (8) on the top spray chamber output.
Attach the transfer tube to the torch with the fork clamp.
7.
Connect the Isomist to the electrical power supply with the power cable (1).
Notice! When removing the Isomist, first remove the transfer tube before moving the
carriage with the torch. Otherwise the transfer tube may break.
