10.1 Removing the Stabilizer Bracket

Refer to the appropriate sections of this chapter and to Figure Chapter
5 .23 while removing the parts listed below:

1. Remove the Cartridges and the Top Cover.

2. Remove the Left Cover Assembly and Left Side Plate. See

Section 8.1.

3. Remove the Trailing Cable Cover, Frame Tensioner, Left Cam

Actuator, and Carriage Assembly. See Section 8.2.

4. Remove the Trailing Cable from the tapes on the Stabilizer

Bracket. See Figure Chapter 5 .23.

5. Use a 7/64 Hex Nut Driver to remove the three screws from the

back of the Y-Arm which hold the Stabilizer Bracket on the Y-Arm
and remove the Stabilizer Bracket. See Figure Chapter 5 .23.
