IF A CURRENT LOOP INPUT IS USED WITH CURRENT/FLOW OPTIONS (23/33), THE MAXIMUM ALLOWED VALUES OF THE INPUTS
ARE: 28 VOLTS, 22mA AND 616mW AND THE POWER SOURCE MUST BE FM APPROVED FOR CLASS 1 DIVISION 2.

MODEL 222, 225, 226, 228, 242 AND 245 TOROIDAL CONDUCTIVITY SENSORS HAVE BEEN APPROVED BY FM FOR USE WITH THE 1056.
ORP SENSORS WITH APPROVED PREAMPS MAY BE USED IN 1056 CLASS I DIVISION 2 INSTALLATIONS. WHEN SELECTED WITH ORP AND
APPROVED PREAMP 23546-00. ORP SENSORS WITHOUT PREAMPS ARE SIMPLE APPARATUS.
SENSORS WHICH ARE FM APPROVED FOR CLASS I DIVISION 2, OR ARE SIMPLE APPARATUS MAY BE USED WITH THE 1056.
SIMPLE APPARATUS IS DEFINED AS AN ELECTRICAL DEVICE THAT DOES NOT GENERATE MORE THAN 1.5V, 100mA, AND 25 mW OR A PASSIVE COMPONENT THAT DOES NOT DISSIPATE MORE THAN 1.3W. CONTACTING CONDUCTIVITY SENSORS AND pH SENSORS WITHOUT PREAMPS MAY BE A SIMPLE APPARATUS, VERIFY THIS WITH THE SENSOR MANUFACTURER.
