Configuration application and confirmation commands

When the SMG-2016 switch configuration is completed, you should apply the configuration in order for it to
become active on the device and confirm it in order to avoid the loss of access to the device due to these
configuration edits. If you fail to confirm the configuration in 60 seconds, it will be rolled back to the previous
running-config.
