3.10 IMMERSION HEATER

REPLACEMENT

DANGER

High Voltage - All power must be
turned off at the system disconnect and
at the facility power safety disconnect
before installing or servicing the wash,
rinse, or optional chemical isolation
tank immersion heaters. Do not attempt
to service the immersion heaters until
all power from the facility to the
Aquastorm 200™ has been
disconnected. High voltage can shock,
burn or cause death !

Go to the custom interface keypad and

press either the wash, rinse, or optional
chemical isolation tank drain control to
activate the drain solenoid, whichever

pertains to the tank requiring heater
replacement.

Allow the tank to drain completely.

Press the Main Power Off Control via the

custom interface keypad to disable system
power.

Turn the Aquastorm 200

™

system

disconnect and the facility power safety
disconnect to the OFF position.

Access the immersion heaters from the

front of the Aquastorm 200

™

system

cabinet.

5

Remove the system front access panels.

The immersion heaters for the wash,
rinse, and optional chemical isolation
tanks are located in the lower, front
enclosure of the cabinet wall.
