CAUTION Do not force movement of the liquid
level float switches. Damage to the
float mechanism may result.

Inspect the liquid level float switches in
each of the tanks for proper operation by
carefully moving each float mechanism up
and down.
A float mechanism that does not move
freely should be replaced. (Refer to the
corrective maintenance section of this
manual for the float switch
replacement procedure).
The float mechanism should be in the
down position when the tank is empty or
when the water level is below the float
mechanism.
Be careful not to force movement of the
float to extreme positions. This will result
in damage to the float mechanism.

After the wash, rinse, and chemical
isolation sections have been thoroughly
cleaned, reinstall the following
components or perform the following
tasks:
• Tank catch screens
• Tank lids
• System rear access panels
• Wash, rinse, and chemical isolation section
splash shields
• Close the wash, rinse, and chemical isolation
section tempered glass windows
• Ensure that each tank's Fill or Drain control
is not activated.
