Blower Pulley

Straight Edge

Motor Pulley

Turbine Blower

Using a

" Allen wrench remove the two

(2)

-20 x

" socket head cap screws

which retain the belt guard, then remove
the belt guard from the blower.

If the straight edge is not flush on
both pulley surfaces, note the
difference. If it is less than 0.010", do not
complete this procedure.

If the difference is greater than
0.010", note the offset difference and
proceed to the next step for proper
alignment of the pulleys.

Refer to the Turbine Blower Belt
Replacement Procedure to remove
the belts before continuing further.

After the belts have been removed, go to
the next step in this procedure.

3/16" Allen Wrench

1/4-20 x 3/4" Socket Head Screws

Use a true straight edge
and place it across the
motor pulley and the
blower pulley.

The straight edge
should be completely
flush on both pulley
surfaces. If they are
flush, do not complete
this procedure. Replace
all components
previously
removed in the reverse
manner of disassembly.
