securing the turbine blower belt guard,
then remove the guard.

1/4-20 x 3/4" Socket Head Screws

Use a

4

" socket with

3

/

" ratchet with

2.0" extension to loosen the four (4) hex
head bolts behind the blower motor pulley.

Turn the motor pulley to aligh the slotted
access hole with the hex head bolt, then
insert the socket through the slotted hole
on the motor pulley.

Loosen the bolts only enough to allow the

blower motor to slide toward the blower
housing when the tension adjust screw is
adjusted in that direction.

Do not

remove the four hex head bolts.

Turn the tension adjust screw

counterclockwise, using a

" open end

wrench, allowing the blower motor to slide
toward the blower housing.

This relieves the tension on the belt.

Turn the tension adjust screw until enough

tension is relieved to remove the belts.

that the pulley alignment has not
changed. If the pulleys are out of
alignment, follow the procedure
completely.
