This section contains information and procedures for solving possible problems with xStorage Home 3P
inverters.
Check the warnings or error messages on the system control panel or the error codes on the inverter
information panel and act as indicated in the table.
If the problem persists, contact Eaton technical support representative.

Incorrectly configured system.

AC overcurrent.
Please check the sizing and the output connections to the system.

Faulty protection interface device
integrated in the system.
Switch off and restart the system.

Faulty interlock device integrated in

High internal temperature
Check the correct positioning of the inverter and that the installation complies with the
provisions contained in this manual in the “Positioning” and “Mounting” sections.
Check that the ambient temperature is within the allowed range.
Check the correct operation of the cooling fans.
Check that there is no accumulation of dust near the ventilation openings.

Internal current leakage
Switch off and restart the system.

NEUTRAL line wrongly connected
Check that the connections of the AC input and output lines respect the assigned polarity.
If the problem persists, please contact Eaton technical support representative.

Failed AUTOTEST (relevant only for
CEI 0-21)
Check the integrity of the electrical connections.
Make sure that the grid voltage and frequency are within the range allowed by the CEI
0-21 standard.
