Alarm
Type
Solution
E011
High grid voltage
Make sure that the grid voltage is within the range allowed by local regulations.
Check the network impedance.
If the grid voltage is not within the permitted range for reasons due to the local grid
conditions, contact the grid operator to evaluate the possibility of adapting the voltages
at the connection point or request approval for the change to the operating limits.
If the grid voltage is within the allowed range, but the alarm persists, please contact
Eaton technical support representative.
E012
High grid voltage
Make sure that the grid voltage is within the range allowed by local regulations.
Check the network impedance.
If the grid voltage is not within the permitted range for reasons due to the local grid
conditions, contact the grid operator to evaluate the possibility of adapting the voltages
at the connection point or request approval for the change to the operating limits.
If the grid voltage is within the allowed range, but the alarm persists, please contact
Eaton technical support representative.
E013
Low grid voltage
Make sure that the grid voltage is within the range allowed by local regulations.
Check the network impedance.
If the grid voltage is not within the permitted range for reasons due to the local grid
conditions, contact the grid operator to evaluate the possibility of adapting the voltages
at the connection point or request approval for the change to the operating limits.
If the grid voltage is within the allowed range, but the alarm persists, please contact
Eaton technical support representative.
E014
Low grid voltage
Make sure that the grid voltage is within the range allowed by local regulations.
Check the network impedance.
If the grid voltage is not within the permitted range for reasons due to the local grid
conditions, contact the grid operator to evaluate the possibility of adapting the voltages
at the connection point or request approval for the change to the operating limits.
If the grid voltage is within the allowed range, but the alarm persists, please contact
Eaton technical support representative.
E015
High grid frequency
Make sure that the grid voltage is within the range allowed by local regulations.
