corresponding air volume, so it must be cleaned frequently. Generally the brushing method and blow washing
method are used. Pay attention to protecting the fins and heat exchanger tubes when cleaning. Do not scrape or
knock with hard objects.
Length of connecting pipe
NOTES
- The arrangement of the connecting pipeline shall be carried out according to the site conditions with
reference to the following principles.
- Shorten the length of the connecting pipe as much as possible, preferably within 10 m. Avoid
unnecessary turns and elevations.
- Minimize the height difference between indoor and outdoor units as much as possible.
- Reduce the number of elbows in connecting pipes as much as possible.
- The sum of the equivalent length of the straight pipe and the one-way straight pipe length of the indoor
and outdoor unit is the total length of the indoor and outdoor pipes.

If the connecting pipeline length between indoor and external units is more than 10m, it is necessary to increase
the connecting pipe diameter appropriately in order to reduce the system flow resistance, and the recommended
size of the pipeline is shown in the following table.

1. D represents pneumatic tube and L represents liquid tube.
2. If the length of the pipe is more than 60m, please consult the manufacturer.
Pipeline layout
When the height of the indoor unit is different from that of the outdoor unit, the pipeline should be arranged
according to the drawing below. The horizontal part of the pneumatic tube should be inclined downward from the
indoor unit, with an inclination of at least 1:200 (should be reduced by 5mm per 1 m). When the outdoor unit is
lower than the indoor unit, the liquid tube is inclined downward from the outdoor unit, and its inclination is the
same as that of the pneumatic tube.
