4. Unit maintenance
4.1 Maintenance
The installation and maintenance of the air conditioning system must be undertaken by specially trained personnel
and maintain and operate regularly.
In order to make the air conditioner run well and prolong its service life, please ensure the maintenance is carried
out regularly.
1. It is necessary to regularly observe the temperature sensor for residual pollution and keep the probe clean to
ensure the accuracy of the sensor.
2. Regularly check that the operation of the compressor is the same as sound and vibration.
3. The air filter is recommended to be inspected and cleaned once every 3 months. If it is damaged, please
replace it.
4. For the first time after a long-term shutdown, the power switch is turned on at least 24 hours in advance, and
the dust filter and water plate are cleaned.
5. The electric control box is pulled and maintained, as shown in figure: 4.1 below. Put it back in reverse order at
the end of maintenance.

1. Release the self-tapping nail and pull out the filtering net fixture.
2. Pull out the filtering net.
3. Loosen the screw and pull out the electric control box.
4. Loosen the butterfly nut.
5. Remove the cover of the electric control box.
