4.1.d - ACCESSO AGLI ORGANI SOTTO IL CONTENITO-
RE RIFIUTI
Durante le operazioni di lavoro e/o di manutenzione che
necessitano di accedere agli organi sottostanti al contenitore
rifi uti e che prevedono quindi di operare con il contenitore
stesso sollevato, è necessario seguire le procedure di seguito
elencate.
AVVERTENZA:
Per accedere agli organi sotto al contenitore ri fi uti, il
contenitore stesso deve essere completamente solleva-
to (non ribaltato) e bloccato con gli appositi dispositivi
di sicurezza.
Il contenitore può essere solamente ribaltato durante la
fase di scarico ri
fi uti.
AVVERTENZA:
Assicurarsi che la macchina non sia posizionata in pros-
simità di ostacoli in altezza e linee elettriche.
Il sollevamento del contenitore con ribaltamento rag-
giunge un’altezza di 5500 mm (217 in).
NOTA:
Per consentire la fase di sollevamento del contenitore
devono essere rispettate le seguenti condizioni:
- operatore seduto al posto di guida;
- freno di stazionamento inserito;
- macchina livellata su super
fi cie piana;
- carico contenitore entro il limite ammesso dai sensori
di sovraccarico
- Inserire il freno di stazionamento.
- Avviare il motore.
- Premere l’interruttore (1) (attivazione fase di scarico e
inserimento del regime motore a 1200 giri/min).
- Premere e mantenere premuto l’interruttore (2) nella posi-
zione fi no al completo sollevamento del contenitore
rifi uti (3). Con il contenitore sollevato lampeggia la spia
sul cruscotto.
AVVERTENZA:
In fase di sollevamento del contenitore assicurarsi che
nessuno si avvicini ai bracci del sollevatore.
- Se necessario, arrestare il motore.
AVVERTENZA:
Per operare in sicurezza sotto il contenitore in posizione
di massimo sollevamento, sganciare i perni di sicurezza
(4) dalla sede di stivaggio ed inserirli negli appositi fori
previsti.
Per abbassare il contenitore:
- assicurarsi di rimuovere i perni di sicurezza (4);
- se il motore era stato arrestato, riavviarlo.
- assicurarsi che il freno di stazionamento sia inserito;
- agire sull’interruttore (2) mantenendolo in posizione
fi no al completo abbassamento del contenitore (spegni-
mento della spia sul cruscotto);
4.1.d - ACCESS TO THE PARTS LOCATED UNDER THE
WASTE CONTAINER
The procedures described below must be followed during all
work and/or maintenance operations during which it is nec-
essary to gain access to the parts located below the waste
container and when these operations must be executed while
the container is lifted.
WARNING:
To gain access to the parts located under the container,
this same container must be completely lifted (not over-
turned) and locked with the special safety devices.
The container may be overturned only during waste
dumping.
WARNING:
Make sure that the container is not lifted close to overhe-
ad obstructions or power lines.
A height of 5500 mm (217 inches) is reached when the
container is both lifted and tilted.
NOTICE:
The following conditions must be respected to enable
the lifting:
- operator seated on the driver’s seat;
- parking brake engaged;
- machine
on fl at and level surface;
- container load not exceeding the limit permitted by
the overload sensors
- Engage the parking brake.
- Start the engine.
- Press the switch (1) (activation of dumping mode and
putting the engine speed at 1200 rpm).
- Press the switch (2) and keep it pressed in position
until the waste container (3) is completely tilted. The signal
light on the dashboard blinks when the container is
lifted.
WARNING:
Whenever the container is lifted, make sure that nobody
comes close to the lift arms.
- Stop the engine if necessary.
WARNING:
To operate safely under the container in maximum lifting
position, release the safety pins (4) from their seat and
introduce them in the special holes.
To lower the container:
- make sure to remove the safety pins (4);
- if the engine has been stopped, start it again.
- make sure that the parking brake is engaged;
- operate the switch (2) and keep it in position until
the waste container is completely lowered (the dashboard
signal light turns off);
