levare Dulevo, il suo concessionario e il suo rivenditore
da ogni responsabilità per qualsiasi danno conseguente.
Nella qualità di acquirente ed utilizzatore di una mac-
china Dulevo, l’utilizzatore riconosce espressamente
ed accetta che in caso di eventuale reclamo legato
all’uso della stessa, sia che tale reclamo sia basato sul
contratto, sulla garanzia, sul danno (lesioni personali
o morte ingiusta), sia che sia basato su altro, verranno
applicate le leggi della Repubblica Italiana e la sede di
tale azione sarà la Corte di Giustizia di Bologna (Italia).
Il costruttore non risponde dei danni di qualsiasi tipo (a per-
sone, animali, cose e alla macchina) causati da interventi
sulla macchina (per manutenzione, riparazioni, ecc...) se detti
interventi non sono stati eseguiti da PERSONALE AUTORIZ-
ZATO Dulevo (salvo accordi diversi autorizzati da Dulevo).
1.2.d - ASSISTENZA TECNICA
In caso di domande relative al corretto uso o alla manuten-
zione della macchina, non esiti a contattare il Suo. fornitore
Dulevo autorizzato.

Nel caso di richieste scritte si prega di specifi care le carat-
teristiche della macchina elencate all’inizio del presente
manuale, nonché quanto segue:

- Il dettaglio dei difetti riscontrati
- I controlli eseguiti
- Le regolazioni effettuate ed i loro effetti
- Ogni altra informazione ritenuta utile

of the Dulevo sweeper, the user expressly recognizes
and agrees that in the event of any claim arising out of
the use of this sweeper, whether such claim is based
in contract, warranty, tort (personal injury or wrongful
deaths) or otherwise, the laws of the Republic of Italy
shall apply and jurisdiction and venue for any such
action shall be in the Courts of Bologna, Italy.
The manufacturer cannot be held responsible for damages
of any type (including but not limited to property damage,
damage to the sweeper, personal injury or death) caused
by the operations performed on or modifi cations to the swe-
eper (servicing, repair, etc...) if they were not carried out by
Dulevo’s AUTHORIZED PERSONNEL (except for different
agreements authorized by Dulevo).

Dulevo retailer directly.

The use of unoriginal spare parts voids the warranty and
makes the user responsible for any incident caused by the
unoriginal components.
