10.1 Sanitizing

This will push the sanitizer up into the
cylinders.
8. When sanitizer flows out the bottom of
the head, close the air bleed plugs.
Important:
DO NOT use the “FREEZE” setting
with sanitizer in the cylinder. The
freezer will be damaged.
9. Using the control pad press the L1 &
R1 keys to turn the beaters “ON” and
allow the beaters to run for 5 minutes.
At this time check for leaks around the
head, drain tube, clamps, and MTS.
8. Open the side spigots.
9. Press L2 & R2 keys to turn the MTS
pumps “ON” allowing the mix to push
the remaining sanitizer from the
freezer.
1. Wash and sanitize your hands and
forearms.

Store the air curtain on studs inside of
the CAB door.

Cooler
Install shelves
and bags of mix in
cabinet.
3. Connect the bag
adapters of the mix
pickups tube to the
mix bags.
4. Tuck excess inlet
hose in shelf of mix
being used.
5. Close the cabinet
door.
6. Place an empty
container under the
dispense head on
the drip tray.
7. Pull up the air bleed
plugs
10.2 Priming
Priming the freezer removes all excess air and sanitizer from the freezing cylinder
and sets the proper overrun for the first cylinder of product.
10. Drain the solution from the cylinders
by slowly turning the spigot handles
open. Allow MTS to pump all sanitizer
from bucket.
11. Leaving the spigots open, press L1 &
R1 keys to turn the beaters “OFF” and
let the MTS force all possible sanitizer
out of the freezing cylinders.
NOTE : Some sanitizer will remain in
hoses and cylinder.
12. Press L2 & R2 keys to turn the MTS
pumps “OFF”.
13. Without touching the bag adapters
end, place mix pickup tube in bridal
ring on CAB door.
