1)
确定需要维护的驱动轮毂，然后驱动机器使车轮的任意一个注油塞位于最低位置。（
Elect the
drive torque hub to be serviced. Then drive the machine until one of the two draining plugs is
at the lowest point.
）
2)
拧下车轮上的两个注油塞，将油放尽。（
Remove both plugs and drain the oil
）
3)
驱动机器使车轮任意一个注油孔位于最高位置，另一个位于水平位置。（
Drive the machine
until one plug is at the top and the other is at level position.
）
4)
从上面的注油孔将润滑油加入轮毂，直到油位与水平位置的注油孔下表面持平。（
Fill the hub
with oil from the top hole until the oil level is even with the bottom of the side hole.
）
5)
螺塞上涂上螺纹密封剂，然后将螺塞拧入轮毂注油孔并拧紧。（
Apply pipe thread sealant to
the plugs, then to install the plugs.
）
6)
对其余驱动轮毂重复以上步骤。（
Repeat the above steps for others torque hub.
）
7) JCPT0807DC
老款，只需要把减速机端盖打开抹上润滑脂就可以。（
About old JCPT0807DC,
just need to open the hub cover and add grease.
）
5.
滑块和滑槽的保养（
Slider & Spout maintenance
）
在滑槽处涂抹黄油对机器的性能和使用寿命是非常重要。脏的黄油会导致机器性能不好，连续使用
可能会导致机器起升抖动与异响。如果发现上下左右滑槽干燥时添加普通黄油即可。（
It is very
important to grease the slider&spout of the machine , because it will keep the machine
performance and using life. Dirty grease will lead to bad performance of the machine.
Moreover,continuesly using the dirty grease may make the machine shake and also with
abnormal sounds when machine lifts.It requires to add the normal grease on the slider&spout
when the slider dry.

建议：每一周检查一次黄油，保证滑槽处有足够的黄油并保持黄油处干净。（
Suggestion
：
Check
the grease in each week, make sure there are enough clean grease on the slider area.
）
注意：请勿添加液压油、机油、柴油等类似油类。（
Attention:Don't add the oils, such as
hydrualic oil,engine oil ,diesel, etc.
）
