功能测试（
Function Tests
）
功能测试用于在开始使用机器之前发现故障。操作员必须按照分步说明测试机器的所有功能。禁止
使用出现故障的机器。如果发现故障，必须标记机器并停止使用。
The function tests are designed to discover any malfunctions before the machine is put into
service.The operator must follow the step-by-step instructions to test all machine functions.
A malfunctioning machine must never be used. If malfunctions are discovered, the machine must
be tagged and removed from service.
1)
选择一个坚实、水平且没有障碍物的测试区域。（
Select a test area that is firm, level and
free of obstruction.
）
2)
确保已连接蓄电池组。（
Be sure the battery pack is connected.
）
在地面控制器上（
At the Ground Controls
）
3)
将平台和地面的红色紧急停机按钮均拉出到“开”的位置。（
Turn the red Emergency Stop
button clockwise to the on position at both the ground and platform controls.
）
4)
将钥匙开关转至地面控制器。（
Turn the key switch to ground control.
）
5)
观察平台控制器上的
LED
诊断读数装置。（
Observe the diagnostic LED readout on the ECU
window.
）
⊙ 结果：
LED
应如右图所示。（
Result: The LED should look like the picture
at right.
）
测试紧急停机（
Test Emergency Stop
）
6)
将地面红色紧急停机按钮向里推至“关”的位置。（
Push in the ground red Emergency Stop
button to the off position.
