液压油滤更换（
Hydraulic Filter Change
）
更换液压油滤对于机器的性能表现和使用寿命是非常重要的。脏的液压
油滤芯或者阻塞的液压油滤芯可以导致机器性能不好，连续使用可能会
导致零件损坏，如果在极端恶劣的环境下工作，需要更换液压油滤芯的
频率要比平常环境多很多。（
Replacement of the hydraulic filters is
essential for good machine performance and service life. A dirty or
clogged filter may cause the machine to perform poorly and continued
used may cause component damage. Extremely dirty conditions may
require that the filter be replaced more often.
）
建议最初的

个小时更换液压油滤，往后每

年或者机器运行
1000
小时更换。（
Change the hydraulic filter in first 50 hours and every 1
year or 1000 hours of operation, hydraulic filter need to be changed.
）
更换步骤 （
Replacement Procedure
）：
1)
用扳手取下过滤器。清洁过滤器周围溢出的液压油。（
Remove the filter with an oil filter
wrench.Clean the area around the oil filter.
）
2)
在新过滤器的密封圈上涂一层液压油。（
Apply a thin layer of oil to the new oil filter gasket.
）
3)
安装新的过滤器，用手将其拧紧。（
Install the new filter and tighten it securely by hand.
）
4)
使用记号笔标记在过滤器更换表上记下更换时间和日期。（
Use a permanent ink marker to
write the date and number of hours from the hour meter onto the filter.
）
5)
将钥匙开关转到地面控制，拉出地面和平台控制器上的红色紧急停机按钮。（
Turn the key
switch to ground control and turn the red Emergency Stop button clockwise to the on position
at both the ground and platform controls.
）
6)
按住并向下拨起升功能选择按钮。（
Activate and hold the platform up toggle switch.
）
7)
检查过滤器部件有没有漏油。（
Inspect the filter and related components to be sure that there
are no leaks.
）
8)
清理周围溢出的液压油。（
Clean up any oil that may have spilled.
）


每周检查和清洁一次。（
Check and clean in each week.
）
 用水清洗并用洁净的布擦干。（
Clean by water and dry after.
）
