Fig. 2 compressor multi-unit regulation equipped with a 2-step modulating compressor
Fig. 3 compressor multi-unit regulation equipped with a 3-step modulating compressor
Circuit n°1 Circuit n° 2
If enabled, the first step requested is always the modulating compressor. On request for insertion of other
steps, the modulating step will be transferred last, while all of the previous ones will be made up from
ON/OFF steps. The same principle is valid for switch-off.
31. MANAGEMENT OF THE TEMPERATURE CONTROL OF COMPRESSORS WITH
DIFFERENT COOLING CAPACITY
( FUNCTION NOT AVAILABLE)
Function enabled with:
•
At least 2 compressors configured in the same circuit
•
Weights
!
0 and at least 1 compressor with different weight in the circuit
Working:
Example
2 circuits with n° 2 compressors per circuit:
from compressor switch-on request due to temperature control, the compressor with the lowest weight is
always switched-on first (compressor
A
). If the request for power grows the compressor A is switched-off and
compressor B is switched on. Compressor A will be switched back on at the request for maximum power
available.
