Manages the unloading on unit water side. The function is always active and enabled in any working mode:
Example of working

Unit with just 1 compressor per circuit and 3 circuits configured, steps available 3 and the Par. Un16
= 1 in this case, the unit unloading switches off the 2 compressors that have the greatest number of
hours or peaks per hour. Compressors active in unloading max 1

Unit with just 2 compressors per circuit and 3 circuits configured, steps available 6 and the Par.
Un16 = 1 in this case, the circuit unloading switches off the compressor inside the circuit that has the
greatest number of hours or peaks per hour. Compressors active in unloading max 3
The unloading function is managed via the analogue input configured as NTC probe selected in the relevant
parameter UN10.
FUNCTION ACTIVATED:
If the temperature measured by the probe is the same as or lower than the SET for a time that can be set
UN08, all active circuits are put in Unloading mode due to low temperatures. The power available is
managed via the parameter selected of the steps to be inserted into the circuit.
FUNCTION DEACTIVATED:
When the temperature measured is >= UN06 + UN07, the function is deactivated. However to prevent
prolonged working in unloading mode, if the temperature is between UN06 and UN06 +UN07 (when the
temperature rise above the UN06), a time is counted UN09 on the expiry of which the function is deactivated.
45.6 WORKING IN UNLOADING MODE NOTES
WARNING:
if the temperature/pressure stays the same or above the activation set, the function is ALWAYS inserted.
If compressors are used with partialisation steps, in the case of working in unloading mode, to prevent
swings inside the circuit, once a step is inserted (partialisation valve in ON) this step remains activated for a
minimum time set in the Par. Minimum working time in partialisation ON, even if the unloading condition
returns and 100% working is requested. If the Par. is set at 0; the function is disabled and if the unloading
condition returns and 100% working is requested, the partialisation is deactivated immediately.
COMPRESSOR PARTIALISATION MEANS:
at least two compressors or one partialised compressor per circuit
1 compressor con 1 part. Activate the partialisation
1 compressor with more than one partialisation activates the la part. selected
2 compressors con 1 part. each, activate the partialisations
2 compressors with more than one partialisation activate the la part. selected
2 compressors inside the circuit, switch-off the one with most working hours
2 compressors inside the circuit with fixed sequence, switch n° 2 off
3 compressors inside the circuit, switch-off one of those with most working hours
3 compressors inside the circuit with fixed sequence switch n° 3 off (if compressor n° 3 is set in OFF they
switch n° 2 off)
46. CONDENSATION FANS REGULATOR
Parameter FA01 and parameter FA02 decide the various types of working of the outputs for the
management and control of the condensation fans.

The relay output management parameters allow the choice of the ventilation steps used to control the
condensation fans.
The modulating outputs management parameters allow the choice of the various types of modulating signal
for the management and the control of the condensation fans.
