12.1.53 neighbor <peeripaddr> route-reflector-client   

 

This command enables the route reflector client. A route reflector client relies on a route reflector to 
re-advertise its routes to the entire AS. The possible values for this field are 

enable 

and

 disable. 

After executing this command, the BGP peer must be reset before the changes will take affect.
