8.4 Secure Shell (SSH) Commands
This section provides a detailed explanation of the SSH commands. The commands are divided
into the following groups:
Configuration commands are used to configure features and options of the switch. For every
configuration command there is a show command that will display the configuration setting.
Show commands are used to display switch settings, statistics and other information
Note:
A maximum of 5 SSH sessions is allowed.
8.4.1 ip ssh
This command is used to enable SSH.

8.4.1.1 no ip ssh
This command is used to disable SSH.

8.4.2 ip ssh protocol
This command is used to set or remove protocol levels (or versions) for SSH. Either SSH1 (1),
SSH2 (2), or both SSH 1 and SSH 2 (1 and 2) can be set.

8.4.3 sshcon maxsessions
This command specifies the maximum number of SSH connection sessions that can be established.
A value of 0 indicates that no ssh connection can be established. The range is 0 to 5.

8.4.3.1 no sshcon maxsessions
This command sets the maximum number of allowed SSH connection sessions to the default
value.
