Rising & Falling Front
The rising and falling front facility allows images to be displayed with negligible
keystone distortion when the projector is positioned above or below the centre of
the screen. Up to 300 pixels of rising front correction can be implemented for all
lenses using either the manual or motorised lens mount.
When using the manual lens mount, up to 120 pixels of falling front is achievable
for all lenses. The motorised lens mount will allow a maximum of 200 pixels of
falling front with a 1.27 : 1 or Ultra Wide Angle lens and up to 300 pixels with all
other lenses. However, in order to achieve 300 pixels of falling front, slight tiliting
of the projector may be required.
The maximum rising and falling front values only apply when the horizontal lens
shift is centred.
