by the single-axis clockwise
motion are inhibited.
The error occurs because the limit sensor is
triggered. Check the status of the limit sensor,
and check whether the motor operates normally.

The negative pulses generated
by the single-axis
counterclockwise motion are
inhibited.
The error occurs because the limit sensor is
triggered. Check the status of the limit sensor,
and check whether the motor operates normally.
16#A014 The limit switch is reached.
The error occurs because the limit sensor is
triggered. Check the status of the limit sensor,
and check whether the motor operates normally.
