18.2.1 Notification windows not displaying

Problem

Notification windows are not displaying from PICUS.

Possible cause(s)

• PICUS may have lost focus as the active program.
• The computer/workstation has been locked and then unlocked.

Checks and
recovery

CAUTION

Locking your computer/workstation can cause PICUS to lose active focus. After unlocking
your computer/workstation you may need to cycle through the active windows.

• To view the pop-up window after unlocking your computer/workstation, either:

Alt

then press

Tab

to cycle through the different open windows.

to cycle through the different open windows.
