2. Connect the elements on the logic grid to the left vertical rail and/or to each other by dragging and dropping elements

Design tools
menu to the desired locations on the logic grid. All elements that are placed on the logic grid must
have a connection to the left vertical rail.
• The connection to the left vertical rail can be direct, by placing the element in the first column to the right of the left
vertical rail.
• The connection to the left vertical rail can be indirect, by connecting the element to another element that is connected to
the rail or by connecting the element to the rail with connectors.

Element setup
menu for that element. Alternatively open the

setup
menu and select the desired element. The
Element setup
menu contains:
• A description of the element.
• A list of all the internal variables that are used in the project.
