Is there any evidence of a
continuity loss along the cables
between MCU and High Voltage
Battery pack ?
Defective cabling or connection point(s).
Replace cabling or fix connection point(s).

Wait for 10 minutes before
taking any further action.
Disconnect the High
Voltage DC cables from
the MCU.
Inspect the MCU input DC connection
points for hot spots on the MCU and
the cables.

Check the cabling chain for continuity between the
MCU cable connectors and high voltage battery pack :
- Inspect DC cables for visible damage.
- With Ohmmeter check electrical continuity between
the MCU and high voltage battery pack along the
cables in all battery chain (PDU, contactor,
