Description 

 
The Troubleshooting Tree  14  indicates a  warning or 
an error where the motor connected to the MCU is not 
compatible with the software version that the MCU is 
running.  
 

Note

:  Refer  to  the  TM4  motor  installation  guide  for 

more  details  on  installation  and  deinstallation 
procedure including safety warning considerations. 
 
To correctly diagnose the faulty system, connect the 
Diagnostic  Tool  (see  «Diagnostics»  section  for  test 
equipment  and  descriptions)  and  follow  the 
troubleshooting procedure tree below.
