Troubleshooting Tree 31

Are all the phase cables 

correctly connected ?

- For phase lugs ensure a correct connection by 
repositioning the cable and applying the correct 
torque.
- For POC connectors, ensure they are correctly 
inserted and fully engaged with the locking 
screws installed.
- Refer to the interface drawing manual of the 
product (MCU and/or motor) for proper 
connections information.

Inspect all phase connectors or 

connection points on the MCU 

and the motor.

Access the BlackBox data under : 

  

Diagnostic \ BlackBox \ View

Check the Motor Resolver Angle 

Waveform.

A

Wait for 10 minutes before 

taking any further action.

Turn ignition ON.

Connect to the MCU 

with ODIN.
