Troubleshooting Tree 04

Switch OFF the auxiliary

batteries switch.

Disconnect VMU interface

connector from the MCU.

With a mutilmeter, measure the voltage between the
following pins in the VMU/ECU interface harness
connector.

- Defective auxiliary batteries.

Is there evidence

DCDC or auxiliary batteries are

causing the over voltage?

Yes

Reconnect VMU interface

connector on the MCU.

Switch ON the auxiliary

batteries switch.

Does the same SysFile ID

occur again?

Yes

Defective MCU.

Replace MCU.

Complete

Refer to the system

troubleshooting to solve

problems.

Connect to the MCU with

ODIN tool and check the

SysFile.

Switch ON the auxiliary

batteries switch.

Switch OFF the auxiliary

batteries switch.

Make sure ignition is ON.
