The 785-21X radio receiver for hardwired alarm systems acts as an interface between a
hardwired alarm control panel and Daitem wireless control devices and/or detectors.
It is fitted with:
• 8 outputs for intrusion alarms (zones 1 to 8)
• 1 output for the tamper alarm
• 1 output for faults
• 1 input and 1 output for arming/disarming and checking the status of the hardwired control
panel.
The receiver is able to supervise:
• up to 32 detectors associated with one of the 8 zones available,
• up to 4 control devices (keypads and remote controls), for arming/disarming the hardwired
control panel.
It is protected against opening and removal in compliance with IEC 79-2 standards.
The outputs of the receiver detect the status of detectors programmed to recognise it. The
different factory-programmed parameters guarantee fast installation of products and comply with
applicable IEC regulations.
An alphanumerical LCD display facilitates programming during installation and makes it easy to
check all “recognised” detectors.
Application examples
• Extension of external protection when it is difficult to install hardwired devices (e.g. external
perimeter protection devices, protection devices for arches and garages, etc.).
• Repetition of alarm signals to incorporate functions between anti-intrusion systems and video-
surveillance systems.
