Request an improvement to
make the power supply
voltage fall within the standard
range.

Is the power

supply voltage within the

standard range?

resistance values between

pins balanced within

±20%?

Does the fuse

F6U have continuity?

External factor (Noise, etc.)

Connect the lead wire tightly
and correctly.

Replace the fuse.
Use only specified fuse.

Turn OFF the power supply.
