Compressor wire terminals cover

If applicable, connect the ground wire to the compressor. Install and tighten
the screw to fix the ground wire.

Install the following thermistors in their holder:

▪

Discharge pipe thermistor

▪

Compressor body thermistor (if applicable)

Install the compressor insulation, see

"3.2.2 Repair procedures"

3.3.1 Checking procedures

INFORMATION

It is recommended to perform the checks in the listed order.

To perform a mechanical check of the expansion valve

Prerequisite:

Power OFF the unit for 3 minutes. Then turn ON the unit and listen to

the expansion valve assembly. If the expansion valve does NOT make a latching
sound, continue with the electrical check of the expansion valve, see

"3.3.1 Checking procedures"
